Getting the most from MaxPR35.

A topical spray for external use. Not to be ingested. A little goes a long way — most areas need just 1 to 6 sprays.

The list of aches and pains MaxPR35 can help with is a long one. The common thread is your body's circulation, which is why so many types of discomfort respond to the same formula. If your body hurts somewhere, chances are MaxPR35 can help naturally — without pills, without side effects, and without menthol.

Key technique Spread the oil out over and beyond the specific area of discomfort. Being an oil, it spreads easily. Massage it in for 10 to 15 seconds, starting at the center and working outward in a circular motion — several inches around the point of pain. For joints like knees, elbows, wrists, shoulders, and hips, cover the front, back, and sides. This gives the oils more surface to work with and increases effectiveness. Only a few sprays are needed — on average 1 to 6, depending on the size of the area being treated.

Chronic pain, anywhere on the body

Apply at least three times a day for the first week and then as needed after that. This helps your body "catch up" and get used to working with MaxPR35. Make sure one of those times is at bedtime — inflammation builds up when we sleep, so using it at bedtime helps counter that. There are no known side effects and it should not interfere with medications or vitamins. If in doubt, check with your physician first.

Back pain & sciatica, arthritis, muscle soreness, carpal tunnel, neck & shoulder, knee pain, fibromyalgia, menstrual cramps

Apply 1 to 6 sprays to the affected area and massage in for 10 to 15 seconds using a circular motion. Spread it out — go all the way around any painful joints, front, back, and sides. For sciatica, spread the oil out to cover the entire nerve path across your lower back and down both legs. For carpal tunnel, cover the wrist, lower hand, and up to the elbow. For arthritis in the hands, put one spray in the palm of each hand and massage in as if washing your hands. For fibromyalgia, you can either apply directly to areas of discomfort or put a capful in a hot bath and soak for head-to-toe comfort.

Neuropathy — feet and hands

For feet, use several sprays and massage around the entire foot, then continue all the way up to the knee, covering both the front and back of the lower leg. For hands, massage the oil in as if you're washing them, then continue up the arm to the elbow, covering both front and back of the lower arm. Especially effective at bedtime, then other times as needed.

Headache, migraine, sinus congestion

For headaches and migraines, put a few drops on a cotton ball and inhale deeply — in through the nose, out through the mouth — for a few minutes. It also helps to apply the oil to the back of the neck, across the forehead, and at the temples. Migraines may take longer than headaches — keep breathing it in and out. If you feel a "trigger" that tells you a migraine is coming on, start using MaxPR35 right away.

For sinus congestion, breathe the oil in through the nose and out through the mouth for a few minutes. Apply lightly to the sinus cavity areas beside your nose and across your forehead. Put a little on your finger, close your eyes, then wipe down both sides of your nose and across your forehead. Avoid contact with your eyes. If the oil does accidentally get in your eyes, flush with water for a few minutes.

Plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, foot pain

Apply 3 to 5 sprays to your foot and massage in for 10 to 15 seconds, spreading the oil around the entire foot — top, bottom, and back. You can also soak your foot in a pan of hot water with several sprays added. Hot water opens pores and allows MaxPR35 to penetrate faster.

Skin irritations, rashes, sunburn, bug bites, stings

Lightly spray directly on the affected area or use a cotton ball to apply. No need to massage in — allow the skin to absorb it, and dab lightly where necessary to control dripping.

Sore throat, earache, tooth pain

Massage the oil over your throat area for sore throat, around your ear for an earache, and over the area of tooth pain on your face. Apply topically only — do not put the oil inside your mouth or drink it.

Body soak

Put a capful of the oil in very warm bath water and enjoy a soothing soak. (The plastic cap on the top of the spray bottle is the capful we refer to.) Hot water opens your pores and helps the oil penetrate fast. This provides head-to-toe comfort — popular with those who deal with fibromyalgia, since discomfort can move around. Even if you're not in pain, a relaxing eucalyptus bath is a treat.

Diffuser or vaporizer

Put a few drops in a diffuser or vaporizer to fill the air around you with the refreshing eucalyptus scent. Very helpful with sinus congestion or for comfort with coughs and colds. Another benefit: the scent can feel mentally refreshing, providing a light "wake-up" effect.

Exercise & sports warm-up

If you are a dedicated athlete, weekend warrior, or active adult, MaxPR35 can complement your warm-up routine. When warming up, you're trying to increase blood flow into your muscle tissue to improve flexibility and reduce the risk of strain. Our oils act as a vasodilator, which can help with that warm-up effect. Apply to the major muscle groups involved in your activity — typically legs and arms, and sometimes shoulders, abs, and back depending on the sport. The scent only lasts six or seven minutes on the skin, so it won't linger on the field, court, or in the gym.
